Reporting

If someone asks for money suspiciously, use Report and choose "Money request". Our team reviews reports before any action.

What trust badges mean

Verified phone: the number was confirmed by code.
Verified identity: LUX reviewed an ID document.
Verified broker/office: professional details were reviewed.
Verified relationship: we reviewed proof of ownership or marketing authorization.
Last confirmed: when the advertiser last confirmed the property is still available.
Featured: paid placement - not verification.
